With our reserve online option, you needn't worry about that dream vehicle slipping through your fingers, as we'll hold it for you and you only.
What are the limits of the 7-Day return Guarantee? Return any car if you are not happy for a refund minus usage charges.
We can’t accept a return if the car has been modified or altered from the condition it was received in.
We will make no charge if the car is returned within the first 24 hours and under 50 miles.
If you drive the car over the 50 mile limit during the first 7 days, every additional mile will cost £1 per mile from the time you take the car. All vehicles returned will have a £75 charge deducted from the balance to cover restocking and cleaning.
If the car has been in an accident or is damaged, we may not be able to accept the car as a return and there may be charges for damage.
Once a refund has been processed, it takes under 10 working days for the money to be back in your account.
If you decide to return your car within the 7-Day Return Guarantee period, we may not be able to give you your old car back. We'll do our best to help you find an alternative car. We’ll also pay you the cash equivalent of the part exchange via bank transfer.

Under certain circumstance we do operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, if you choose not to view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will be entitled to cancel your order under a 14 day cancellation period. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when purchased and a usage charge of £1 per mile driven when returned to us will be charged. All cars must returned in the same condition in which they left us & all other statutory rights remain unaffected.
