I need to make a complaint
If you have been unable to resolve your concerns or issues directly with the sales advisor, we will help you log a complaint to get the best possible resolution. You can make a complaint using the contact us form on our contact us page. This will ensure a reply and will record dates and times.
Financial products
If you need to make a complaint about the sale of a general insurance policy or a Consumer Credit Agreement, please again use the contact us form found on our contact us page.
