Very pleased"¦ very friendly not pushy and it made buying a car easier then I anticipated.. no hassle and 3 days later ( as it was convenient for me to collect due to other commitments)drove of in my new car with a fresh service and clean ( even though the car was already immaculate)done the morning prior to collecting ,, They set up the tax for me also I chose to take the 3 year warranty with the RAC as I thought I got the car for a very good price and to give me peace a mind ..

Bought a Honda CRV Executive online and had it delivered to Paisley. It developed an ancillary fault not covered under warranty which was repaired locally and with a contribution from Nigel. The car has been checked over since and all seems sound. Nice people to deal with.

Amazing amazing amazing from start to finish Rory was so polite answered my 1000s questions I had didn't judge me about wanting to know about the car , left me to look and choose what I wanted , even put new breaks pad on even know it was just a monitor adviser from the service report , also made me feel comfortable buying and knowing it was a great car for me and my family would 100000% recommend chose it Saturday and picked it up Monday

They have been extremely helpful on the phone. Easy to arrange to see the vehicle. I had the vehicle delivered, it arrived at the time arranged. I did have to pay £100 for delivery but for me it was worth it. Huge choice of cars. I had been looking for this particular vehicle for six months!

From the first online request for information the service was unfaultable. I got exactly what I was after, with no hard selling especially when I wanted to go away and think about it before finally paying the deposit. I'm not indecisive but I dislike making snap decisions. Car was serviced and a couple of problems sorted that the A30 guys had spotted when I went for the test drive. Overall very happy :)

I thought the whole process to purchase a car was hassle free. They leave you to review the vehicle you interested in and the. Ask you if you have any questions or is there anything they can tell you about. The handover was very easy and they kept me informed about when delivery would be. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I requied a small 5 door automatic petrolar as an 84 year old wanted a really good 2nd hand car. I was show 3 cars that fitted my need and purchased a Toyota Yaris Malcolm was very helpful with the paperwork and the purchase went without a hitch

We bought a low mileage cheaper car which when driven had a few things wrong . No haggling or any pressure needed to put things write. A little delay in doing so worth it for getting a good first time car for my son. We were not asked for a deposit ,but the car was held and removed from advertising. Very pleased with the car we now have for the money.

The sale team at A30 went out of their way to help. We originally saw an S Max, which went, and they kept us on their books for 3 weeks until another came in. T called us straight away, had a few niggles fixed on the car and was professional throughout, so buying was a no-brainer. Very pleased with the level of service.

Recently bought a car from A30 car sales (Tom), good price and good amount for px of my old car. The whole process was hassle and stress free, no pushy sales talk or crazy warranty sell and no dramas test driving. Car developed an issue a couple weeks later (not their fault) which they fixed without any hassle (even lent me a car for 24hrs while mine was being fixed!) - most car dealers simply don't do that! . Totally professional company, would highly recommend and use again.

We bought a Honda crv back in July,had a few problems. A30 cars could not do enough for us.Had a problem with engine management light. They wouldn't give up. Took it back several times and they finally fixed it. Their customer service was great . We would definitely recommend them.

Part exchange process relaxing.
The Dealer made the part exchange process relaxing. He showed us the car dealers' used car prices guide so we could see we were getting a fair price for our existing car and paying a fair price for the car we wanted. We were able to test drive the car on our own and at our own pace so there was no pressure. The car was well presented and came with a new MOT, service and three month warranty. We asked for a couple of minor faults to be corrected and the Dealer willingly agreed at no cost to us. We would buy another car from the Dealer in the future.
